Just a short note to let you know how pleased I am with my recent order of cd storage units and wheeled units from Can-Am. The experience of ordering from beginning to end was very smooth.  This was the most expensive mail order purchase I've ever made so I was a bit nervous about how it would go and what exactly I would be buying.  The online offer of free color samples was most helpful.  My email questions were always answered in a timely manner.  I was more comfortable placing my order over the phone rather than online.  Bev who assisted me was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the whole process from ordering to delivery would work.  I was notified of shipment in the time frame Bev described and was provided a tracking number at that time which was great.

I couldn't wait to get home form work that evening to begin the unpacking and assembly.  I would be surprised to learn that any of your products could get damaged during shipping.  It's clear Can-Am takes great care in ensuring the units are securely packed and well protected for shipment.  The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow.  What little assembly was needed went quickly.  The units were ready in no time and swallowed up my cd collection which previously was scattered throughout the house.  How nice to have everything in one convenient location.

I must say the units I ordered are even more handsome than what is apparent on your website.  My wife and I were a bit worried that they might look a bit 'office-y' but they really don't.  The satin powder coat finish really does take the units out of the realm of office furniture.  We're very happy with the navy blue color we selected.  It's quite attractive and fits right in with the color scheme of our living room.  Friends of ours visited recently and remarked about how nice the Can-Am cabinets looked in the room.

I would first off like to thank Can-Am for making such superior products. Last week we had a lot of rainfall and sure enough our pump failed, thus our basement was flooded.

I have two 3-drawer cabinets myself and I have them just sitting on the floor. Needless to say when I heard the news I just about went into shock.

By the time I got home the water was all but gone luckily and immediately checked the first drawer on the bottom cabinet. To my surprise (and delight) it was dry, everything in the bottom cabinet was dry. Not one drop of water even touched my movies.

My guess is due to the design of Can-Am cabinets they were able to keep out the inch of water we got in our basement. An inch doesn't sound like much but when you consider the damage it can do to movies and their packaging not to mention I have a rather large basement it all adds up quickly.

So in short I just want to say thanks a million Can-Am, keep up the great work and you can bet I will be getting more Cabinets as my collection grows.
